Shalom,
so after we celebrated our new location, some a bit too hard...(The French ones)....we woke up and made our breakfast and took a shower. We do not have warm water, so it took a while until I felt comfortable, but we are living in the 14th floor....it is warm enough for a cold shower. After that we began with sight seeing.
But first we had to buy some water. 6 bottles for 7 people seams not be enough, so we carried four six packs water along the hills of Haifa.
One of the most famous things in Haifa are the Bahai gardens. We had been there, watched the beautiful view and made some photos. During that time we talked much. When you live together with people you get known to them really quick. Luckily we (Mirjam, Kathy, Luca and I) have a good connection, so traveling with them makes a lot of fun. We walked back to the apartment for showering, because it is really warm. We met another German guy who wanted to go eating the evening, but we had plans with the other volunteers. I regret, that I didn't ask for his number, but I think I will meet a lot of people in this year. As we arrived in our new home, we cooked, cleaned and chilled at the sofa. Kathy and I worked on our website and after that we watched two movies. The French people, after they woke up at 15 pm, went out again.
So besides the beautiful gardens, it happened nothing special anymore, but that was enough input for the last days.
Best regards,
Samuel Kern
